Udaipur is a peaceful city with friendly locals and the environment around. The capital of the Mewar region and built by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559. Since then the royalty is maintaining very nicely in Udaipur. Here the green Aravalli Hill ranges work as a backdrop to the entire city. It seems like the whole city located on the bank of Lake Pichola. So, Udaipur is a perfect combination of Royalty and Nature. And became my favorite travel destination in India.

Where To Eat in Udaipur?

The local and traditional food is very yummy here. I enjoyed spicy chat (street food) from the City Palace Road. You’ll get many restaurants nearby this road to serve you any dishes from Indian to Western. The price is reasonable. I tried Gujarati Thali for lunch for the first time, which cost me just 80 Rs, and it was very yummy. If you’re looking for some beautiful spots to sit and eat, then you must go for some rooftop restaurants. Not only, you’ll enjoy the food, but also you’ll love the authentic decoration with the view of beautiful Lake Pichola.
