My Dubai tour gave me the chance to do so. I’ve listed some of the coolest things to do in Dubai those I had loved to experience myself. You may try each of them alone or with family and friends.

During my seven days solo trip to Dubai, I had ultimate fun to see the best view of Dubai city from the sky, the top skyline view from the Burj Khalifa and enjoyed the roller-coaster ride to the desert along with many other top activities. I always wanted to see the entire palm tree-shaped Palm Island, so it was one of the most thrilling experiences to go for the Fly High Dubai helicopter tour from The Palm to The Burj Khalifa. Likewise, a desert safari tour with many activities was one of the unique things to do in Dubai. Check out all the details below to try many exciting and best things to do in Dubai during your trip.

Best Things To Do in Dubai (Exciting & Coolest)

Dune Bashing & Desert Safari Tour in Dubai

Tanoura Dance in Desert Camp Dubai
Tanoura Dance in Desert Camp Dubai

Dune bashing in a desert is one of the most adventurous things to do for adventure lovers. I went for a desert safari tour in Dubai with Unique Tours. The roller coaster riding in a Land Cruiser through the dunes was simply the best. Quad bike ride and sandboarding are also popular activities in a desert. I took a camel ride, enjoyed the safari sunset, loved the entire atmosphere while sitting under the sky at the desert camp. It was the first time I’ve watched any live performances of Belly Dance, Tanoura Dance, and Fire Dance. I think Belly Dance is the top highlighted part of the Dubai safari tour. The Fire Dance was more interesting to me. All were real performers indeed.

Evening desert dune safari for 6 to 8 hours is a relaxing one in the summer. There are many activities to do for everyone inside the safari camp plus you’ll love Arabian hospitality. I have also liked the Arabian style of Arab scarf with niqab jewelry, isn’t it cool? From camel ride to henna tattoo, snacks with drinks. You’ll love to enjoy several live shows with the BBQ dinner. And these are all included with the safari tour package. You may also stay at night in the camp, and cool arrangements are there for the tourists.

Helicopter Tour in Dubai From the Helipad of Atlantis The Palm

How beautiful is Dubai, it is only possible to realize from the sky. It was an unforgettable experience to fly high with Alpha Tours while enjoying the majestic beauty of Dubai’s very own Palm Islands. Fly High Dubai Heli Tours starts from Atlantis The Palm Helipad. So it’s a great chance to take off with full of thrill from the Helipad of the world’s iconic hotel Atlantis The Palm.

I went for 12 minutes Pearl Tour from The Palm to The Burj Al Khalifa. My first ever helicopter tour gave the unique experience, and it was nice to soar above Dubai’s other two most iconic landmarks, Burj Al Arab and Burj Al Khalifa. There are several packages offers by Alpha Tours Dubai, and they strictly follow all safety regulations.

Best Dubai Panoramic View at the Top of Burj Khalifa

The world’s 828 meters tallest Burj Al Khalifa or Khalifa Tower gets all the attention from the tourists. So when you’re in Dubai, it is must to take the chance to have some chill time at the top of Burj Khalifa. You’ll get the best Dubai skyline view from the observation decks. For this exciting experience, you must book tickets online in advance.

I was at the top, Burj Khalifa SKY, and this is the world’s highest outdoor observatory and lounge. It spread across levels 125 and 148 of Burj Khalifa from where you can enjoy the best panoramic views. Burj Al Khalifa has the world’s third-fastest elevator and the speed is just 10 meters per second. You’ll not even understand how fast you’ll go to the top of the 148 level. All the tourists welcomed at the top of Burj Khalifa with Arabian tea and dates/snacks. It is also magnificent to see the sunset from the observatory of the 148th floor. I mostly loved the skyline view at night for the colorful lights.

Speedboat Tour Around Dubai Marina, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Al Arab

I had an exciting speedboat tour around Dubai Marina, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Al Arab. The first time I booked this 1.5-hour tour with GetYourGuide and local partner is Xclusive Tours. The sightseeing tours in Dubai on a boat is the coolest idea and very relaxing fun ride while you’ll love the breeze on a hot summer day.

It is possible to book a ticket directly from the spot and tour start from Marina Pier 7. I loved to get a close view of some of Dubai’s fascinating landmarks from the boat. You can have some great photos with the big wheel of Ain Dubai, Atlantis The Palm, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel. An English speaking guide will be all-time with you and will explain all the fun facts of the iconic landmarks.

Visit the Largest Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

It’s genuinely a whole new world to discover at one of the world’s most massive Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo inside Dubai Mall. Dubai Aquarium Tunnel is the home to over 300 different species. You can collect the entrance ticket from the mall to visit. This vast aquarium nicely maintained by the conservation team of the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. They follow the eco-friendly recycling system, which is also environmentally friendly. You can also enjoy a glass-bottom boat. or submarine ride to see the marine life.

It was complete awesomeness to explore the underwater beauty in Dubai. My Dubai Aquarium experiences were fascinating and loved to walk through the 48 meters long Aquarium Tunnel. It was my first time I had visited any such suspended aquarium. It is how Dubai offers you many coolest things to do for the first time.

Scenic Palm Jumeirah Monorail Ride to Atlantis

The Palm Monorail ride on the Palm Jumeirah Island can be another new to-do list during your Dubai tour. The Monorail runs through The Pointe, down the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah Island. So Monorail ride will give you the chance to see the scenic view of the Palm Jumeirah of the artificial Palm Islands and its coastline.

Mostly those staying at Atlantis The Palm go for this ride, but this 3 miles long ride will also take you directly to the Aquaventure Waterpark. I took a round ticket from the Palm Gateway Station to enjoy the journey to Atlantis and loved the best view of the Atlantis The Palm.

Dubai Fountain Boardwalk onto The Lake & Get Close to The Tallest Fountain

Dubai Fountain Boardwalk is a 272-meter long floating bridge onto the artificial Burj Khalifa Lake to get close to the world’s 900 ft tallest performing fountain. You can watch daily the most beautiful Dubai Fountain show at a free of cost from the Promenade of Dubai Mall. To avoid the rush it is best to enjoy this show in the evening hour from the Boardwalk in a relaxing mood. It will cost you very little but give you a memorable experience. I booked a combo packages of Dubai Fountain Boardwalk online with Burj Khalifa SKY.
