During my six days solo trip to Bali, I gladly enjoyed tasting organic and authentic Balinese fruits and food. It was a fun to shop a lot from the local boutiques. Needless to say about many adventures on the beaches. And watching the traditional Kecak Dance at Uluwatu Temple during sunset was mind-blowing. There are many tropical fruits in Bali you might like to try for the first time. If you visit Kintamani you’ll see many Mandarin fruit trees and local vendors are selling on the road. It looks like orange and the taste is almost same. But locals don’t use Mandarin fruit to make juice.
It was worth to buy and eat the fresh and chemical free organic Mandarin from Kintamani Village. Some other fruits I loved to try in Bali are Durian, Mangosteen, Snake, and Maracuya or Passion Fruit.
Seafood Dinner at Jimbaran Beach
There are many beaches in Bali to enjoy many adventures but the idea of seafood dinner at Jimbaran Beach sounds romantic yet interesting. There are many open-air cafés at Jimbaran offers the best seafood with the exotic sunset view.
I became late to watch the sunset while coming back from Uluwatu Temple. However, I enjoyed the sounds of the beach waves with the taste of my favorite Ikan Bakar.

Have Kopi Luwak or Luwak Coffee
I was too astonished when first time heard about Luwak Coffee which made from Animal Poo. Luwak Coffee is the world’s expensive coffee but you can buy at a reasonable price from Bali. It was interesting to know the whole fact about the animal Luwak who eats only fruits. The coffee beans produced from this animal smells like other beans only.
I saw the whole traditional coffee processing at SW Agro or Segara Windhu Coffee Plantation in Bali. You can also have the taste of this roasted coffee from the restaurant here or any other coffee plantation around Bali.
